Research
Next to writing, I derive the greatest pleasure from researching and uncovering new information about any number of subjects.
Most of my research is done for my own writing projects, be they articles, web content or books. However, I am also happy to carry out research for other writers or creative projects.
I have a personal collection of over 10,000 books on every subject imaginable from Art to Zoology. My collection includes most of the best known encyclopedias and dictionaries, and many lesser known and more obscure ones.
I also have 24 hour broadband access to the Internet, and I also have access to many subscription only databases including:
- Proquest
- SIRS
- Infotrac
- ERIC
I love prospecting for knowledge and pride myself on being able to unearth information about any subject. I always try to verify the authenticity of any information against the primary sources if extant.
